Kratikal Tech Appoints MSMK & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY27

Kratikal Tech Ltd announced the appointment of M/s MSMK & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the internal auditor for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on September 23, 2026. The company also noted the reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved the appointment of Mittal V Kothari & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the same fiscal year. Additionally, Kratikal Tech plans to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States of America.
