Kratikal Tech Appoints Secretarial and Internal Auditors for FY27

Kratikal Tech Ltd announced board approval for the appointment of M/s Mittal V Kothari & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s MSMK & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-2027. The board also noted the reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States of America. The appointments were made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
