Lords Mark Industries Limited has acquired Radio Electric Private Limited, the company behind the Radiotone brand, as part of its strategic expansion into specialized electrical manufacturing and engineering. This acquisition, undertaken under Lord's Mark Industries' Lighting & Energy Division, brings specialized transformer technology, established blue-chip clientele, export capabilities, and substantial manufacturing capacity. Radio Electric Private Limited, founded in 1939, specializes in variable autotransformers (Variacs) and toroidal transformers. The acquisition provides Lords Mark Industries with a profitable, debt-free operating business with established customer relationships, repeat export customers, and significant manufacturing capacity headroom, operating at approximately 50% of machine capacity.
