Lords Mark Industries Ltd Receives EOI from JaiBharti Capital Advisory Private Limited

Lords Mark Industries Ltd received an Expression of Interest (EOI) dated February 05, 2026, from JaiBharti Capital Advisory Private Limited. The proposed transaction involves the purchase of 5,00,000 equity shares of the Company at a proposed price of Rs. 96.96 per equity share. However, the Company, due to its ongoing trading and listing process, is not in a position to consider or proceed with any transaction involving purchase or transfer of equity shares at this stage. Therefore, no transaction has been undertaken and there is no impact on the shareholding pattern, management, or control of the Company.
