Lords Mark Industries Ltd (LMIL), formerly known as Lords Mark India Limited or Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Limited, has reported a loss of Rs. 26.81 crores for the half-year ended on 30th September 2025. However, the company had a profit of Rs. 102.70 lacs for the second quarter of the same period. The loss is attributed to the loss of the former Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Limited. The company's financial results are prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013. LMIL has also announced the approval of the Final Base Resolution Plan under Section 54K(15) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, which includes various restructuring measures and the settlement of claims.
