Kretto Syscon Limited has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with M/s B-Devasya Designs & Buildcon Private Limited for the development of a 250 Million affordable residential-cum-commercial real estate project located along Manipur Road, Ghuma, a fast-developing zone in West Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This strategic alliance is aimed at deploying capital in real estate-backed assets with high potential for appreciation and ensuring execution excellence. The project, which is expected to generate 480 Million in revenue, will be developed over 43,000 Sq. Ft. area and will be completed in approximately 5 years from statutory approval. Kretto Syscon Ltd will invest 50 Millions in the project and will share profits in proportion to the investment and cost-sharing.
