Kridhan Infra Allots 1.2 Cr Equity Shares via Warrant Conversion

Kridhan Infra Ltd has announced the allotment of 1,20,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹2 each at an issue price of ₹4.05 per share, including a premium of ₹2.05 per share, upon exercise of rights attached to warrants. The allotment follows the receipt of the balance 75% of the issue price from the warrant holders. The investors include Shri Bajrang Commodity LLP (72,00,000 shares), Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agrawal (12,00,000 shares), and Mr. Shashwat Agrawal (36,00,000 shares). The total value of shares issued amounts to ₹4,86,00,000.
