Kridhan Infra Appoints U B Lakhani & Company as Statutory Auditors

Kridhan Infra Limited's Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of M/s U B Lakhani & Company as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditor, Jignesh Savla & Associates, effective August 31, 2026. M/s U B Lakhani & Company will hold office until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Furthermore, the Board has recommended their appointment for a subsequent term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 20th AGM until the conclusion of the 25th AGM, subject to member approval. The firm has a professional legacy dating back to 1979 and is eligible to audit listed entities.
