Krishanveer Forge Faces ₹4.6 Cr Civil Suit Over Land Dispute

Krishanveer Forge Ltd has been named as a defendant in a Special Civil Suit No. 189/2026 filed by Usha Dattatraya Khatpe and others in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Khed, Pune. The plaintiffs claim a 1/3rd undivided share in a land parcel of approximately 0.53 hectares within Gat No. 357/105, seeking partition and possession. The suit, valued at ₹4,60,00,000 (₹4.6 Crore) for jurisdictional purposes, challenges a Sale Deed dated 01.11.1991 and a Mutation Entry. Krishanveer Forge intends to contest the matter vigorously, stating that financial implications are currently limited to legal defense costs and that they have strong grounds to defend their title.
