Krishival Foods Reappoints Two Independent Directors

Krishival Foods Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, during a meeting held on August 5, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shailesh Kumar Jain and Mr. Neeraj Kulbhushan Taandon as Non-Executive Independent Directors. Both appointments are for a second term of five years, commencing August 6, 2026, and ending August 5, 2031. These re-appointments are subject to the approval of the company's shareholders via a Special Resolution. The board meeting also included recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
