Krishna Capital Appoints New Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Krishna Capital and Securities Ltd has appointed M/s. Kunal Sharma & Associates as its new Secretarial Auditor for a term of five financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and replaces M/s. H M Kadeval & Associates. The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Nishant Darak as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 14, 2026.
