Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Reappoints Key Management for 5 Years

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited announced the reappointment of three key management personnel following a Board of Directors meeting held on November 4, 2026. Dr. Abhinay Bollineni has been reappointed as Director & CEO for a further term of 5 years. Dr. Bhaskara Rao Bollineni will continue as Chairman & Managing Director for another five years, including an extension beyond the age of 70. Ms. Dandamudi Anitha has also been reappointed as Whole-time Director for a term of 5 years. These reappointments are effective from January 1, 2027, and April 1, 2027, respectively, for a period of 60 months each. The decisions were based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
