KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd. Announces Board Meeting Outcomes: Funds Raising, Executive Re-appointments, and EGM

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd. held a Board Meeting on 13th March, 2026, where they approved several key decisions. The company plans to raise funds up to ₹ 500 Crore through Qualified Institutions Placements (QIP).
