The agenda includes the adoption of the Audited Standalone Financial Statement for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, declaration of a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26, and the re-appointment of Mr. Jogindersingh Jaswal as a Director.
