Kronox Lab Sciences Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons as defined under the Company’s Code of Conduct from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026. It will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026 by the Board of Directors in an upcoming Board Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course.
