Kross Ltd Independent Director Resigns

Mr. Mukesh Kumar Agarwal has resigned as an Independent Director from the Board of Directors of Kross Ltd, effective July 24, 2026. The resignation was accepted by the Board during a meeting held on the same date. Mr. Agarwal cited personal reasons, specifically pre-occupation with family matters, as the cause for his departure. Consequently, he has also stepped down from his roles as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. He confirmed no other material reasons exist for his resignation and stated he holds no directorships in other listed entities.
