Kross Ltd announced that its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Board of Directors approved the AGM notice and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The cut-off date for determining eligible members to receive the notice and report is August 14, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 13 to September 15, 2026. Mr. Sital Prasad Swain has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
