Krsnaa Diagnostics Faces Dismissed Appeals, ₹62.7 Cr Tax Demand Disputed

Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd has received orders from the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Pune, concerning Assessment Years 2017-18 to 2023-24. While appeals for earlier years (2017-18 to 2020-21) were dismissed, appeals for 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24 were partly allowed. The company disputes the aggregate demand of ₹62.69 crore reflected in these orders and plans to appeal further to the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). Krsnaa Diagnostics, based on expert advice, believes it has strong grounds for relief and expects substantial relief, stating these proceedings do not impact ongoing operations.
