Krupalu Metals Appoints Sunit M. Chhatbar & Co. as New Auditor

Krupalu Metals Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also noted the resignation of M/s. K M Chauhan & Associates as Statutory Auditor and subsequently approved the appointment of M/s. Sunit M. Chhatbar & Co., Chartered Accountants, to fill the casual vacancy. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
