Krupalu Metals Approves FY26 Audited Results; New Auditor Appointed

The Board of Directors of Krupalu Metals Limited, in its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results for the half year and full financial year ended March 31, 2026, which included an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors. Concurrently, the Board acknowledged the resignation of M/s. K M Chauhan & Associates as the company's statutory auditor and subsequently approved the appointment of M/s. Sunit M. Chhatbar & Co. to fill the casual vacancy. This new appointment is contingent upon shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
