Krupalu Metals Ltd Appoints Ms. Ranjna Kumari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Krupalu Metals Ltd, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has appointed Ms. Ranjna Kumari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company. The appointment was approved in the Board of Directors Meeting on 28th January 2026. Ms. Ranjna Kumari is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. She has strong academic foundations and extensive knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
