Trading Window Closure Announced by Krupalu Metals Ltd for Half-Yearly Financial Results

Krupalu Metals Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from 01st April, 2026, for the consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended 31st March, 2026. The window will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. This closure applies to employees, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, who are not allowed to trade in the company's shares or securities during this period.
