Krystal Integrated Services Ltd. Challenges Unfair Bidding Practices in TNMSC Tender

Krystal Integrated Services Ltd. has filed a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenging the tender process of Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation Limited (TNMSC) for outsourcing of housekeeping and security services in 123 Government Hospitals, Colleges and Schools and Colleges of Nursing. The company alleges several violations of the tender conditions, discrepancies, and irregularities in the price schedule. Krystal Integrated Services Ltd., which emerged as the L2 bidder, had sent a representation dated May 03, 2024, addressing these issues to TNMSC. The Hon’ble Court had disposed the writ petition recording that the representation given by Krystal Integrated Services Ltd. was received by TNMSC and the assurance is given by TNMSC to consider the representation.
