Krystal Integrated Services Ltd to Incorporate a Special Purpose Vehicle Jointly with Advaita Enterprises

Krystal Integrated Services Ltd announced the incorporation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in collaboration with Advaita Enterprises International Private Limited. The SPV, named 'M/s. Advait Krystal Solar Energy SPV Private Limited', will be an Associate Company of Krystal Integrated Services Ltd. The SPV will operate in the Solar, Wind, and Other Renewable Energy Industry. Krystal Integrated Services Ltd will initially invest Rs.49,000/- by subscribing to 4,900 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each in the Proposed SPV, which will give them 49.00% shareholding in the SPV.
