KSB Ltd Subsidiary Pofran Sales and Agency Ltd to be Struck Off

KSB Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pofran Sales and Agency Limited, has applied for voluntary strike-off with the Registrar of Companies, Pune. Pofran, incorporated in 2005, has been inoperative for the past seven years. Upon completion of the strike-off process, Pofran will cease to be a subsidiary of KSB Ltd. The company has provided details as per SEBI regulations, confirming that Pofran's inoperability means it contributed no turnover, revenue, income, or net worth in the last financial year, and thus, most disclosure requirements related to sale or disposal are not applicable.
