KSE Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results for FY 2025-2026

KSE Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by insiders. During this closure, all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the company. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
