KSE Ltd Withdraws Car Transfer Item from AGM Agenda

KSE Ltd has issued a corrigendum and revised notice for its 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company's Board of Directors decided on August 14, 2026, to withdraw Item No. 15, which proposed the transfer of a Toyota Innova Hycross car to Director Mr. M.P. Jackson as a retirement benefit. Consequently, the original Item No. 16 has been renumbered as Item No. 15. The total number of business items for the AGM, scheduled for August 29, 2026, has been reduced from 16 to 15. The remote e-voting facility will be available for all items except the withdrawn car transfer proposal.
