Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund Acquires Over 5% Stake in KSH International

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (KMMF) has acquired more than 5.00% of the issued equity share capital of KSH International through its schemes. The acquisition was made through the open market. Before the acquisition, KMMF along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) held 3,074,800 shares, which is 3.0748% of the total diluted share capital. Post-acquisition, KMMF along with its PACs hold 5.3809% of the total diluted share capital, which amounts to 3,645,837 shares.
