Manglam Global Appoints Tax Auditor, Approves Dual Directorship

Manglam Global Corporations Limited (formerly Kshitij Investments Limited) announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 17, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. DMKH & Co. as the Tax Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Board also granted no-objection and consent for the Managing Director, Mr. Rahul Agrawal, to hold a dual directorship as Managing Director at M/s. Shri Satguru Agromills Private Limited. Additionally, the Board authorized several individuals, including Mr. Chandrasekhar Agrawal and Mrs. Priyanka Agrawal (in two capacities), as authorized signatories for banking operations. The meeting commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded at 7:30 PM.
