Ksolves India Ltd Re-Appoints Ms. Varsha Choudhry and Mr. Varun Sharma as Independent Directors

Ksolves India Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Ms. Varsha Choudhry and Mr. Varun Sharma as Independent Directors. Ms. Choudhry, a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience, has been re-appointed for a term of 5 years from March 01, 2026 to February 28, 2031. Mr. Sharma, an Assistant Professor of Finance at Indiana University, has also been re-appointed for a term of 5 years from April 26, 2026 to April 25, 2031. Neither of them are debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
