The meeting will be conducted via Video-Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Remote e-voting will be open from August 24, 2026, 9:00 a.m. IST to August 26, 2026, 5:00 p.m. IST. Key agenda items include the adoption of financial statements for FY2026, declaration of a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (250%) for FY2025-26, re-appointment of director Shri Jagesh Kumar Khaitan, and ratification of remuneration for cost auditors M/s R.J. Goel & Co. for FY2026-27. Additionally, the re-appointment of Shri Pavan Khaitan as Vice Chairman & Managing Director for three years will be considered.
