Kuber Udyog Appoints Mrs. Purvi Samir Patel as Independent Director

Kuber Udyog Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Purvi Samir Patel as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. Her appointment is effective from July 23, 2026, for a term of one year, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Patel meets the independence criteria and is not debarred from holding directorships.
