Kuber Udyog: Hiten Shah reduces stake from 6.19% to 1.81% via open market

Hiten Nemchand Shah and Hiten Nemchand Shah HUF have disclosed the disposal of shares in Kuber Udyog Ltd through open market transactions. Prior to the sale, their combined holding was 6.19% (2,12,613 shares). Hiten Nemchand Shah sold 1,08,603 shares (3.16%), and Hiten Nemchand Shah HUF sold 42,012 shares (1.22%). Post-sale, Hiten Nemchand Shah's individual holding stands at 1.81% (61,998 shares), while Hiten Nemchand Shah HUF's holding is now 0%. The total stake reduction was from 6.19% to 1.81%. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
