Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Board Approves Director Re-appointment, AGM

Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Ltd held a Board of Directors meeting on September 3, 2026. The board approved the recommendation for the re-appointment of Ms. Sushmita Jeetendra Shete as a Director. Additionally, the board approved the convening of the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2025-26, scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Mr. Shravan Gupta was appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process, and M/s Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd. was appointed as the service provider for e-voting and video conferencing at the upcoming AGM.
