Kundan Minerals Board Approves Q4 & FY26 Audited Financial Results

Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting on May 27, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results. The Board also re-appointed S Lall Vikas & Co., Chartered Accountants, as internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The auditor's report highlighted that the company's equity shares are temporarily restricted/suspended on BSE & NSE since October 4, 2023.
