Kundan Minerals Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-yearly period ending September 30, 2026. During this period, any trading in the company's securities by these individuals is prohibited. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be communicated later.
