Kundan Minerals Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. During this period, no transactions involving the company's securities are permitted for these individuals. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be communicated separately.
