Kunststoffe Industries Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Kunststoffe Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives. This closure will be effective from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. This measure aligns with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, as per a recent SEBI circular, the PAN of designated persons will be frozen for trading in the company's equity shares during this period.
