Kush Industries Appoints Secretarial Auditors, Sets AGM Date

Kush Industries Ltd's board of directors, in a meeting held today, approved the appointment of M/s Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY27 to FY31. The board also took on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. Shareholders will have the facility for remote e-voting from September 25 to September 27, 2026. Additionally, the company approved the shifting of its registered office from Ankleshwar to Ahmedabad, subject to shareholder approval.
