K.V. Toys India Ltd has announced its decision to incorporate a new subsidiary company, Crayonix Stationery Private Limited, through a cash consideration of Rs 65000/-. The new subsidiary will be engaged in the manufacturing of stationery items and gift sets, aiming to expand the company's presence in the stationery and gifting market. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 2 months, subject to necessary approvals. The company will acquire 65% of the equity share capital of Crayonix Stationery Private Limited, which has a presence in India and is involved in the manufacturing of crayons, colour pencils, sketch pens, markers, highlighters, erasers, pencils, sharpeners, rulers, geometry boxes, notebooks, drawing books, art paper, writing pads, correction products, water colours, oil pastels, paint brushes, school stationery kits, office stationery items, educational supplies, and customized stationery and gift sets.
