K.V. Toys India Ltd. to Acquire 65% Stake in Crayonix Stationery Private Limited for Rs 65000/-

K.V. Toys India Ltd. has announced its decision to invest funds by incorporating a new subsidiary company, Crayonix Stationery Private Limited, or such other name as may be approved by the Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company aims to acquire 65% of the equity share capital of the proposed subsidiary company. The proposed subsidiary company will be engaged in the manufacturing of stationery items and gift sets. This acquisition is strategically aimed at expanding the company's presence in the stationery and gifting market, establishing in-house manufacturing capabilities, expanding its product portfolio, and creating opportunities for sustainable revenue growth.
