KVS Castings Announces 7th AGM and FY26 Annual Report

KVS Castings Ltd has announced its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 12, 2026, at its registered office in Uttarakhand. The company will also dispatch its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the AGM notice to shareholders. A remote e-voting period will be available from August 9 to August 11, 2026, with a record date of July 10, 2026, for dispatch and August 7, 2026, for voting eligibility. The AGM will also offer ballot paper voting for those who did not participate in e-voting. The agenda includes the adoption of the audited financial statements for FY 2025-26.
