Kwality Pharma Acquires 4 Acres for Amritsar Expansion

Kwality Pharmaceuticals Limited has acquired 4 acres of land adjacent to its existing manufacturing facility in Amritsar, Punjab. This expansion is intended to support the company's next phase of growth by developing a new, fully automated manufacturing facility. The proposed facility will include 4 injectable lines and over 6 lines for various oral solid dosage formulations, designed to meet EU GMP standards. The expansion aims to cater to increasing demand, accommodate future product launches and bioequivalence opportunities, and enhance the Amritsar manufacturing campus. Project completion is targeted for Q4 FY2028, with full operations expected by Q2 FY2029.
