Kwality Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons covered under the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
