Kwality Walls Appoints Walker Chandiok as Statutory Auditors

Kwality Walls (India) Ltd has appointed M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five years, subject to member approval. The appointment is from the conclusion of the 1st AGM in 2026 to the conclusion of the 6th AGM in 2031. This decision was made at a Board of Directors meeting on May 20, 2026, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and period ended March 31, 2026, and noted the unmodified Audit Report issued by M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP.
