Kwality Walls Receives Draft Letter of Offer from Magnum under SEBI Regulations

Kwality Walls (India) Limited has received a copy of the detailed public statement issued by Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited. The statement is in respect of an open offer made by The Magnum Ice Cream Company HoldCo 1 Netherlands B.V. together with Magnum ICC Finance B.V. and The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. The offer is made to the public shareholders of the Company pursuant to and in compliance with requirements under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
