Kwality Walls receives open offer for 26% stake at ₹21.33/share

Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited has received an open offer opening advertisement and corrigendum from The Magnum Ice Cream Company HoldCo 1 Netherlands B.V. and its Persons Acting in Concert. The offer is for the acquisition of up to 61,08,93,729 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the company's voting share capital, at a price of ₹21.33 per equity share, payable in cash. The Independent Directors Committee (IDC) has reviewed the offer and deemed the price of ₹21.33 per share to be fair and reasonable, in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The IDC noted the company's shares commenced trading on February 16, 2026, with no prior trading history.
