La Opala RG Appoints Saradindu Dutta as Independent Director

La Opala RG Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Saradindu Dutta (DIN: 00058639) as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years commencing July 8, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Dutta brings extensive experience, having served over four decades with ITC Limited in key finance roles, including Executive Vice President & Head – Corporate Accounts. He also has experience with the Accounting Standards Board of ICAI and the CII National Committee on Financial Reporting. The company also approved a change in designation for Mr. Abhyuday Jhunjhunwala to Vice President – Business Development.
