Genesis Exports Acquires 200,000 Shares in La Opala RG Ltd

Genesis Exports Private Limited, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has disclosed the acquisition of 200,000 equity shares in La Opala RG Limited. This transaction, which occurred on September 15-16, 2026, represents a 0.18% increase in their shareholding. Following the acquisition, the total holding of Genesis Exports and its PACs in La Opala RG Limited now stands at 73,775,000 equity shares, constituting 66.46% of the total share capital. The acquisition was made through the open market. The total equity share capital of La Opala RG Limited remains unchanged at 111,000,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
