Genesis Exports Pvt Ltd Acquires 91,100 Shares of La Opala RG Ltd

Genesis Exports Pvt Ltd, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has acquired 91,100 equity shares of La Opala RG Ltd. The acquirer and PACs include Genesis Exports Private Limited, Ajit Jhunjhunwala, Sushil Jhunjhunwala, Gyaneshwari Devi Jhunjhunwala, Shruti Kishorepuria, Nidhi Jhunjhunwala, Ishita Jhunjhunwala, and Abhyuday Jhunjhunwala. The acquisition was made through the open market. Before the acquisition, the acquirer along with PACs held 49.75% of the total voting rights. After the acquisition, their holding increased to 51.32% of the total voting rights.
